Admissions Office
The Admissions Office is responsible for the students’ recruitment, admissions, and placement strategy in accordance to MHSS’ thrust of continually increasing enrollment as well as building and sustaining the school’s positive image in the academic community.
Bookstore Services
The Bookstore offers books, educational supplementary materials, and basic school supplies. It provides services such as photocopying, information on course books, and general merchandise.
The bookstore is open to students before classes start, during break time, and after classes.
Canteen Services
The Cafeteria located at the ground floor is spacious enough to accommodate the whole academic community. It serves hot food for lunch as well as snacks. It is a self-service canteen.
Guidance and Counseling Center
The Center for Guidance and Counseling aims to develop the total well-being of students as individuals and as members of society. The Center supports the school in creating an environment that is conducive to learning and in providing the means to help the students achieve their optimum potentials.
The guidance and counseling programs include, but are not limited to, psychological testing, test interpretation, counseling, personality and leadership training for the students and parenting seminars.
Health and Wellness Center
The Health and Wellness center is located at the ground floor of MHSS building. It renders medical and dental services from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Learning Resource Center
As an ally in the teaching and research needs of the academic community, the MHSS Learning Resource Center (LRC) serves the students, faculty, and other researchers through equitable access to high-quality information resources and services. The LRC uses the latest library automation system.
Payments
Malayan Science provides its clients various options in paying tuition, entrance examination, and other school-related fees.
Registrar's Office
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the collection, administration, maintenance, processing, and distribution of information. As official custodian of all student academic records, the registrar determines the access and distribution of those records based on school policy.
Safety and Security Services
MHSS has substantially complied with the fire safety and protection requirements of the government. It has a built-in fire alarm system and sprinklers in the whole building. The modern public address system in the principal’s office allows the school officials to send messages to a particular classroom or office or the entire building.
