Admission Guidelines

No Qualifying Examinations for S.Y. 2021-2022

During this pandemic, Malayan High School of Science is addressing admission challenges for new students. For the School Year 2021-2022, Malayan Science eases the admission process for incoming Grade 7 and transfer students by offering quick academic assessments in place of a qualifying exam.

Incoming students may apply at Malayan Science by accomplishing the following requirements:

Online Admission and Enrollment Procedures for New Students

For academic assessment:

  1. Fill out the online application form.
  2. Send a clear scanned copy of grades in at least the 3rd Quarter period of the current school year to admissions@malayanscience.edu.ph.
  3. Admissions Officer will email the result/acceptance letter to the applicant.

For enrollment:

  1. Download and fill out the MHSS Enrollment Form.
  2. Pay the matriculation fee either at MHSS, over the counter at any RCBC branch, or through online fund transfer. Payment procedures will be emailed to the enrollee by the Admissions Office.
  3. Send the filled-out enrollment form and a clear scanned copy/picture of the validated deposit slip or electronic fund transfer confirmation to admissions@malayanscience.edu.ph.
  4. Once payment is verified, the Registrar will send copies of the validated enrollment form and official receipt to the parent/guardian.

Note: Printed copies of the enrollment form and official receipt will be given to parents/guardians once on-campus operations resume.


Online Enrollment Procedure for Old Students

  1. Download and fill out the MHSS Enrollment Form.
