Your overall safety and protection is important to us. To ensure that we continue to serve you, we encourage parents/guardians to make use of our online payment option through Online Fund Transfer. Here is how you can pay school fees using online/mobile banking facilities.
Step 1
Register your bank account in online banking.
Step 2
Sign in to your online banking account.
Step 3
Select Fund Transfer in the menu. Click Bank Transfer.
Step 4
Select your Source Account (Current/Savings). This will be automatic if you only have 1 source account. For non-RCBC source accounts, select Transfer to Another Bank.
Step 5
Click Destination Account. Select RCBC as bank and input the Account Number and Beneficiary Name. Click Proceed. (Account details of Malayan High School of Science may be requested from [email protected])
Step 6
Enter amount to be transferred and click Transfer Now.
Step 7
To confirm the fund transfer, enter the One-Time Password sent to your mobile number and click Submit.
Step 8
You will be redirected to a Payment Confirmation Page. Take a screenshot.
Step 9
Send the screenshot to [email protected], including the following details:
Student Name
Student Number
Date of Fund Transfer
Amount Transferred
Purpose of Payment
In the event that clients are unable to access the Internet, the following off-site payment channels are available:
Over-The-Counter at RCBC
Clients need to fill out the banks' Bills Payment/Deposit Slip in duplicate. A convenience fee of P15.00 will be charged by the bank. Transactions are reflected on MHSS's system within 2-3 business days. Should there be a need to update the account immediately, kindly scan and email the validated deposit slip to the Treasury at [email protected].
RCBC Automated Teller Machines
RCBC Automated Teller Machines can be used to settle matriculation fees. A convenience fee of P5.00 will be charged by the bank. Please scan and email the transaction slip to the Treasury at [email protected].
Clients can transact at the Treasury and settle their balances through the following:
Cash
Payments can be in peso.
Check
Payments must be made payable to Malayan High School of Science, Inc. and the date must be set on the date when the payment is made. The cashiers accept personal or manager’s checks, and post-dated checks for succeeding payments.
Credit/Debit Card
Clients may use either their credit or debit card to settle their account balances.
To send the Promissory Note, you can do one of the following:
> Subject line: Promissory Note
> Student name
> Student number
> Contact number
Note: Promissory notes must be submitted together with the scanned copies of the Student ID and any government-issued ID with signature of the parents or guardians. The payment date indicated in the promissory note should be within the current school year period.
