Admissions Office
The Admissions Office is responsible for the students’ recruitment, admissions, and placement strategy in accordance to MHSS’ thrust of continually increasing enrollment as well as building and sustaining the school’s positive image in the academic community.
Corporate Communications Office
The Corporate Communications Office (CCO) is responsible for all internal and external communications of Mapúa and its two wholly owned subsidiaries – the Malayan Colleges Laguna in Cabuyao, Laguna and Malayan High School of Science in Pandacan, Manila.
Development Office for IT
The Development Office for Information Technology, with its competent workforce, provides appropriate ICT services, through the utilization of existing and new technologies, committed to effect continuing quality improvement in the academic, administrative, and student services.
Guidance and Counseling Center
The Center for Guidance and Counseling aims to develop the total well-being of students as individuals and as members of society. The Center supports the school in creating an environment that is conducive to learning and in providing the means to help the students achieve their optimum potentials.
The guidance and counseling programs include, but are not limited to, psychological testing, test interpretation, counseling, personality and leadership training for the students and parenting seminars.
Health and Wellness Center
The Health and Wellness center is located at the ground floor of MHSS building. It renders medical and dental services from 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Office of the President
The Office of the President leads in formulating, articulating, and realizing the School’s vision. It recommends strategic and tactical initiatives and policies to the Board of Trustees and leads in implementing those approved by the Board.
Office of the Principal
The Office of the Principal assumes overall leadership and management of MHSS. It serves as the link between the Operations Committee chaired by the President and the faculty and staff.
Registrar's Office
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for the collection, administration, maintenance, processing, and distribution of information. As official custodian of all student academic records, the registrar determines the access and distribution of those records based on school policy.
Treasury Office
The Accounting/Treasury Office ensures that MHSS is fiscally sound, informed through accurate reporting, knowledgeable about fiscal requirements, and compliant with local and national laws.
