Mapua Ties Up with Leading Business Analytics Firm

Mapúa Institute of Technology and business analytics leader SAS have joined forces to elevate the quality of new graduates in the Philippines by equipping them with knowledge in the fields of business intelligence and analytics. Mapúa president Dr. Reynaldo Vea and SAS executive Sonny Halili, regional director, Pacific, signed an agreement on Sept 21 at Mapúa campus in Makati to seal the partnership. Representatives from Mapúa and SAS witnessed the signing. Under the agreement, the Institute will offer SAS specialization track to 3rd year students of School of Information and Technology starting October of this year. SAS also offered the free use of the SAS Curriculum Pathways exclusively to the Malayan High School of Science, a subsidiary of Mapúa.
