• The position is responsible for all activities involving the maintenance and/or improvement of building and office facilities, in accordance to government regulations and building code of ethics.
• The position is also responsible in supervising all janitorial and security related works.


• Bachelor's degree in holder in Engineering (Civil, Electrical or Mechanical)
• Preferably a Licensed Engineer
• Must understands academic structures and quality assurance
• With at least one (1) year work-related experience



• Responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the laboratory, including safekeeping and maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and supplies, in order to ensure their safe and uninterrupted use in all classes.
• Responsible in assisting the faculty in the supervision of his/her laboratory classes and/or activities, as well as instilling discipline among the students.
• Assists students in handling the different laboratory equipment and supplies, as well as in dealing with consumables, that may be required to use for their experiments and/or class activities.
• Administers strict implementation of safety and environmental awareness policy among users of the laboratory and facilities


• College degree holder or graduate of any related technical course
• With at least six (6) months relevant working experience
