• The position is responsible for supervision, organization, management, control and operation of the Registrar and Administrative Office.
• Manages and executes administrative projects, and support activities associated with the office of a core division or equivalent component of the Institution.
• Reporting directly to the school principal, serves as point of administrative contact and liaison with internal and external constituencies.
• Provides and/or oversees the provision of direct staff support to the office principal.


• Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, Management or Law
• LET passer
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree Holder
• Public relations skills
• Must understands academic structures and quality assurance



• Orients and briefs all students and other patrons regarding all applicable library policies, including but not limited to the use of facilities, equipment, resources, and services.
• Checks patron registration every quarter, circulation of material/s, book reserves/requests, and processing of overdue notices and bills.
• Administers periodic users’ satisfaction survey within the Section, and submits analysis of the same to the chief Librarian.
• Reviews, reconciles and submits statistical reports on the utilization of the different library facilities, resources and services.
• Checks and maintains the collection, organization of all materials assigned in the Section.


• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Library Information Science
• With PRC License
