Applications now open for S.Y. 2023-2024

Applications for School Year 2023-2024 are now open. Applicants may now take the Malayan High School of Science entrance examination free of charge. Take the examination and enroll either online or in-person.

Online Admission and Enrollment Procedures for New Students

For entrance examination:

  1. Fill out the online application form.
  2. Receive the schedule of the entrance examination and access (username and password) to Cardinal EDGE, Malayan Science’s learning management system, from the Admissions Office. Applicants will be notified through their emails and contact numbers.
  3. Successful applicants will receive the list of requirements and payment procedure on the same day of examination.

For enrollment:

  1. Receive the generated enrollment form from the Admissions Office.
  2. Pay the matriculation fee either at MHSS, over the counter at any RCBC branch, or through online fund transfer. Payment procedure will be emailed to the enrollee by the Admissions Office.
  3. 3. Send a clear scanned copy/picture of the validated deposit slip or electronic fund transfer confirmation to [email protected].
  4. Once payment is verified, the Registrar will send copies of the validated enrollment form and official receipt to the parent/guardian through their registered email address.

In-Person Admission and Enrollment Procedures for New Students

For entrance examination:

  1. Fill out the online application form.Applicants may fill it out in a computer located in the campus’ reception area.
  2. Get the schedule of the entrance examination from the Admissions Officer. Take the examination in the assigned examination room, which will be monitored by the Admissions Officer.
  3. Successful applicants will get the list of requirements and payment procedure on the same day of examination.

For enrollment:

  1. Get a copy of your generated enrollment form from the Admissions Office.
  2. Pay the matriculation fee either at MHSS, over the counter at any RCBC branch, or through online fund transfer. Payment procedure will be emailed to the enrollee by the Admissions Office.
  3. Once payment is verified, the Registrar will give copies of the validated enrollment form and official receipt to the parent/guardian.
